Hyfryd oedd cael gweithio gyda Forces Fitness heddiw fel rhan o Raglen Cefnogi Plant y Lluoedd Arfog Mewn Addysg. Llwyddodd nifer o ddisgyblion Blwyddyn 3 & 4 weithio gyda'r tîm, gan ddatblygu eu sgiliau gwaith tîm,  gwytnwch a datrys problemau mewn amgylchedd hwylus. It was wonderful having the opportunity to work with Forces Fitness today as part of a Supporting Service Children in Education Programme. A number of our Year 3 & 4 pupils had the opportunity to work with the team, developing their teamwork, resilience and problem solving skills in a fun environment.
