Dyma set gwaith olaf y tymor hwn. Mae yna 3 wythnos o'r flwyddyn ysgol ar ôl. Dewiswch un thema ar gyfer pob wythnos. Bydd fideos yn cael eu anfon i gyfrif ebost Hwb eich plentyn er mwyn cyflwyno ac esbonio ambell un o'r tasgau sydd isod. Mwynhewch!

Hi everyone! Hope you're all still keeping safe and well. Here is the last set of work for this term. There are 3 weeks of the acamdemic year left, please choose one theme per week. Videos will be sent to your childs Hwb Email Account to explain and introduce some of the activities you will find below. Enjoy!

Helo bawb! Dyma'r set nesaf o weithgareddau ar gyfer mis Mehefin. Ein thema am y mis yw Trafnidiaeth. Yn ystod yr wythnosau nesaf, byddwn yn anfon e-byst rheolaidd yn cynnwys cyflwyniadau byr i ambell weithgaredd yn egluro i chi a'r plant beth sydd angen gwneud. Hi all! Here is the next set of activities for June. Our theme for this month is Transport. During the next few weeks, we will be sending regular emails introducing some activities in order to explain to you and your children what to do.  Please remember to check your HWB email regularly in order to access the videos.
