A New Curriculum For Wales
Mae addysg yng Nghymru yn newid. O 2022, bydd cwricwlwm newydd. Dyluniwyd gan athrawon. Adeiladwyd i blant. Ar gyfer byd sy’n newid ar garlam. Drwy roi’r wybodaeth, sgiliau a'r profiadau mae plant eu hangen i lwyddo yn y dyfodol.
Heddiw, mae'n bwysicach nag erioed bod ein plant yn meddu ar y wybodaeth, sgiliau a'r profiadau sydd eu hangen arnynt i lywio bywyd mewn byd sy'n newid yn gyflymach nag erioed o'r blaen. Diffiniwyd y Cwricwlwm i Gymru gan Lywodraeth Cymru ond bydd cwricwlwm lefel ysgol yn cael ei ddatblygu a'i gynllunio gan athrawon ac ysgolion unigol.
Education in Wales is changing. From 2022, there’ll be a new curriculum. Designed by teachers. Built for children. Made for a fast-changing world. Giving children the knowledge, skills and the experiences they need to succeed in the future.
Today, it is more important than ever that children are equipped with the knowledge, skills and experiences they need to navigate life in a world that is changing at a quicker pace than ever before. The Curriculum for Wales framework is defined by the Welsh Government however school level curriculum will be developed and planned by teachers and individual schools.
Dyma gyfnod cyffrous i bobl ifanc Cymru. O fis Medi 2022, bydd y ffordd y mae plant a phobl ifanc yn dysgu mewn ysgolion yn newid, i'w paratoi'n well ar gyfer byd sy'n newid. Bydd ysgolion yn creu eu cwricwla eu hunain o fewn fframwaith cenedlaethol, gan addasu'r cynnwys i'w wneud yn fwy perthnasol ac ystyrlon i'w dysgwyr.
This is an exciting time for the young people of Wales. From September 2022, the way children and young people learn in schools will change, to prepare them better for a changing world. Schools will create their own curricula within a national framework, adapting the content to make it more relevant and meaningful to their learners.
