Ar y 9fed o Hydref, roeddwn wedi cymryd rhan yn y diwrnod #HelloYellow i godi ymwybyddiaeth o faterion iechyd meddwl ymysg pobl ifanc. Yn ystod y misoedd diwethaf, mae nifer yr achosion wedi codi felly mae mor bwysig i ni ddangos cefnogaeth a gwneud iddyn nhw ddeall pwysigrwydd o siarad.
On the 9th of October, we took part in the #HelloYellow day to raise awareness of mental health issues amongst young people. In recent months, the number of cases has risen so it is so important for us to show support and make them understand the importance of speaking up.
