Gweithgaredd 1 - Helfa'r wyddor/Llythrennau

Activity 1 - Alphabet/Letter Hunt

Cuddiwch lythrennau ar ddarn o bapur/post-its o gwmpas yr ardd ac ewch ar helfa i ddarganfod y llythrennau yma. Gallwch ffocysu ar set o lythrennau penodol (efallai llythrennau Tric a Chlic os dymunwch), neu gallwch wneud yr wyddor gyfan! A fedrwch chi osod y llythrennau yn nhrefn yr wyddor?

Write letters on post-it notes/pieces of paper and hide them around the garden for your child to find. You could focus on a specific set of Tric a Chlic letters if you wish, or you could complete the whole alphabet! Why not put these letters into alphabetical order?

Activity 2 - Nature number line

Casglwch nifer o wrthrychau gwahanol o’r ardd ac yna gosodwch yr wrthrychau yma mewn trefn i greu llinell rhif e.e. 1 deilen, 2 blodyn, 3 darn o wair, 4 cerrig ayyb. Gallwch ddefnyddio teganau megis Lego os does dim digon o wrthrychau naturiol ar gael.

A fedrwch chi wneud llinell rhif hyd at 10?

A fedrwch chi wneud llinell rhif hyd at 20?

Collect a number of different items from your garden and then place them in order to create a number line on the ground. For example, 1 leaf, 2 flowers, 3 pieces of grass, 4 stones etc… You could also use toys such as lego if you do not have enough natural objects available.

Activity 3 - Scavenger Hunt in the garden

Gwnewch restr helfa i’ch plentyn i chwilio am y pethau canlynol yn yr ardd:
Aderyn, blodyn, dwr, coeden, gwair, deilen ayyb
Neu gallwch fynd ati i guddio gwrthrychau bach o’r tŷ yn yr ardd ar gyfer yr helfa.

Gallwch newid rhestr y gwrthrychau yn aml! Beth am ofyn i’ch plentyn i dynnu lluniau o’r gwrthrychau yma ar ôl iddynt ei ddarganfod ac ychwanegu i’r rhestr?
 

Make a scavenger hunt list for your child to search for the following items in the garden:

A bird, a flower, water, a tree, grass, leaf etc..

Or you could hide small household objects in the garden for your children to find instead.

You can change the list of items as often as you wish! You could ask your child to draw a picture of the items they have found and add them to the scavenger hunt list.

Activity 4 - Sorting objects

Defnyddiwch focs wyau i gasglu pethau naturiol o’r ardd. Trafodwch y pethau naturiol yma gyda’ch plentyn a gallwch wedyn mynd ati i ddidoli’r pethau yma mewn i grwpiau syml, e.e. lliwiau tebyg, pethau meddal/pethau caled ayyb.

A fedrwch chi greu darn o waith celf gyda’ch gwrthrychau?

Use an empty egg box to collect natural items from the garden. Discuss these items with your children (shape, colour, texture). You could then sort the objects into different categories, colour groups, hard objects, soft objects etc...

Can you make a piece of art with the objects that you have collected?
