Dyma ni'n casglu data amrywiol yn defnyddio Smarties a Swynion Lwcus.

Here we are collecting a variety of data using Smarties and Lucky Charms.

Heddiw, gwnaethon ni ymuno â dosbarth Miss Beynon er mwyn creu graff bar 3D yn dangos y nifer o lythrennau oedd yn ein henwau.

Today, we joined the class of Miss Beynon in order to create a 3D bar graph showing the number of letters that are in our names.

Ffracsiynau cyfwerth/ Equivalent fractions

Dyma ni'n ymarfer sut i adnabod ffracsiynau cyfwerth.

Here we are practising recognising equivalent fractions.

Pwysau a Màs/ Weight and Mass

Yn ystod yr wythnos, fuom yn dysgu sut i amcangyfrif, pwyso a mesur eitemau pob dydd.

During the week, we were learning how to estimate, weigh and measure everyday items.

Siapau/ Shapes

Yn ystod yr wythnos, fuom yn dysgu cân siapau 2D.

During the week, we learnt the 2D shape song.

Cafwyd y cyfle i chwarae dominos siapau 2D...

We had the opportunity to play 2D shape dominos...

...a chwarae gêm rhyngweithiol siapau...

...and play an interactive shape game...

...gwnaethon ni hefyd gyd-weithio er mwyn cyfateb y siapau 3D gyda'u nodweddion.

Heddiw, fuom yn ymateb i'r her o greu cloc analog 3D.

Today, we responded to the challenge of creating a 3D analogue clock.

Dyma ni yn ymarfer sut i ddarllen oriau a munudau ar gloc digidol 12 awr.

Here we are practising how to read the hours and minutes on a digital 12 hour clock.

Mesur hyd / Measuring length

Heddiw, fuom yn amcangyfrif hyd wrthrychau amrywiol yn y dosbarth fesul centimetr. Yna, gwnaethom fesur yn defnyddio'r offer priodol.

Today, we estimated the length of different items in the classroom using centimeters. Then, we measured the items using the appropriate equipment.

Tasg 'Mesuriadau Mentrus' oedd y nod heddiw. Gwnaethom ni amcangyfrif a mesur hyd nifer amrywiol o dâp fesul centimetr. Yna, gwnaethom wirio ein mesuriadau er mwyn sicrhau bod ein sgiliau mesur yn fentrus!

Our task today was to complete the 'Magnificent Measurements' activity. A number of coloured tape was placed across the classroom and we had to estimated and measure the length in centimeters.  We also checked our measurements to ensure that our measuring skills were magnificent!

Adio a thynnu / Add and Subtract

Heddiw, fuom yn ymarfer defnyddio arwyddion +, - a = yn gywir, yn ogystal â sylweddoli gellir ysgrifennu brawddegau adio a thynnu mewn ffurf amrywiol.

Today, we practised using the +, - and = symbols correctly as well as realising it is possible to write addition and subtraction sentences in a variety of ways.

Here we are practising our mental strategies for counting in an episode of the 'Magic Math Hat'.
