Buom yn lwcus i ymweld ag Amgueddfa Abertawe, Amgueddfa'r Glannau a Theatr Dylan Thomas yn ystod tymor yr Hydref. Dysgom am yr Ail Ryfel Byd ac Abertawe'n fflam. Roedden wrth ein boddau yn gwylio 'Rhyfel Rosie' ac yn dysgu yn ymarferol yn yr amgueddfeydd.
Fortunately, during the Autumn term we were lucky enough to visit Swansea Museum, the Waterfront Museum and the Dylan Thomas Theatre. We learnt about the Second World War and the Swansea Blitz. We thoroughly enjoyed watching 'Rosie's War' and having a hands-on experience learning about what it was like to live during the war.
Yn ystod tymor yr Hydref cafwyd y cyfle i Flwyddyn 5 ymweld â Chaerdydd am ddwy noson! Yn ystod ein hamser yng Nghaerdydd buom yn ymweld â San Fagan, Techniquest, Stadiwm y Mileniwm a Phrofiad Dr Who yn ogystal â bowlio a dawnsio yn nisgo Canolfan yr Urdd.
During the Autumn term, Year 5 were given the opportunity to visit Cardiff on a two night residential trip. During our time in Cardiff we visited St Fagans, Techniquest, Millennium Stadium and the Dr Who Experience. In addition, we got the chance to go bowling and dance at the disco held at the Urdd Centre.
