Mae’r staff addysgu wedi bod yn brysur dros y pythefnos diwethaf yn cynhyrchu pecynnau dysgu i’ch plant, yn cynnwys amrywiaeth o weithgareddau, megis iaith, mathemateg, thema / prosiectau, datrys problemau, gweithgareddau corfforol a llawer mwy. Mae pecynnau y Cyfnod Sylfaen i'w cael ar wefan yr ysgol (www.yggpontybrenin.com) gyda disgyblion Cyfnod Allweddol 2 yn medru agor eu pecynnau nhw trwy eu cyfrifon Hwb.
Mae tua 4 wythnos o waith eisioes wedi ei baratoi yn y pecynnau hyn. Heb gynnwys pythefnos gwyliau Pasg, bydd y pecynnau hyn yn sicrhau gwaith dyddiol hyd at Mai 1af. Os, fel y disgwylir, bydd yr ysgol yn parhau ar gau ar ôl y dyddiad hwn, bydd pecynnau ychwanegol yn cael eu huwchlwytho a’u rhannu gyda chi. Bydd y ddarpariaeth hon yn parhau nes ein bod yn dychwelyd i’r ysgol. Byddwn yn eich hysbysebu o unrhyw becynnau gwaith ychwanegol trwy Parentmail o flaen llaw.
Mae cyfeiriadau e-bost Hwb pob aelod o staff eisioes wedi cael eu rhannu gyda chi. A bod achos yn codi lle mae angen cysylltu ag athro/awes eich plentyn, gallwch wneud hynny trwy eu e-bost Hwb nhw. Ond eu bod nhw’n iach, byddant yn anelu i ymateb o fewn y diwrnod.
Derbyniodd bob plentyn a oedd yn bresennol yn yr ysgol heddiw, nifer helaeth o lyfrau darllen i fynd adref (mae pob llyfr darllen / cyfres ddarllen yn yr ysgol wedi eu dosbarthu). Mae’r staff wedi cofnodi manylion yr holl lyfrau a anfonwyd adref gyda phob plentyn, a rydym yn disgwyl i’r llyfrau ddychwelyd i’r ysgol yn yr un cyflwr os gwelwch yn dda. Diolch.
The teaching staff have been busy for the past fortnight preparing comprehensive work packs for our pupils, with a wide range of activities, including language work, maths, thematic/project work, problem solving, physical activities and much, much more. The Foundation Phase packs have been uploaded to the school’s website (www.yggpontybrenin.com) and our Key Stage 2 pupils can access their packs via their Hwb online accounts.
Approximately 4 weeks of work has been prepared in these packs in the first instance. Notwithstanding the 2 week Easter break, this will take us to May 1st. If as expected, the school remains closed at this point, an additional 4 week work pack will be uploaded and shared with you. This will continue until such point as we return to school. You will be informed of any additional work packs, via Parentmail, in advance.
A copy of every staff member’s hwb e–mail addresses has been shared with you. Should the need arise, your child can contact his/her teacher via this e-mail address. As long as they are healthy, they will aim to get back to you on the same day.
All children who were present in school today were given as many reading books as possible to bring home with them (every reading scheme book and story book we have in school is being distributed). The staff have made a note of all books being sent home and we do expect all these to be returned once the school re-opens.
