Rhoi dau air cynnar at ei gilydd - Putting two early words together

    Beth i'w wneud - "mwy"
    • Dewiswch eitemau diddorol ar gyfer y gweithgaredd hwn!
    • Torrwch fisged, afal, banana, darn o dost yn ddarnau bach a phasio y plentyn darn bach i'w fwyta.
    • Pan fydd yn cyrraedd neu’n galw am "fwy", dweudwch "mwy o fisgedi" a phasio dros ddarn arall.
    • Wrth i hyn ddod yn gyson, anogwch y plentyn i ofyn am ‘fwy’. Stopiwch wrth i'r plentyn estyn i roi cyfle i'r gair gael ei ddefnyddio.
    • Cofiwch – does dim ots os nad yw’r gair yn berffaith!
    • Pan fydd y plentyn yn defnyddio'r gair "mwy",
anogwch nhw i ddefnyddio'r gair "mwy" gyda'r eitem (e.e. "mwy afal").
    • Chwythwch swigod: anogwch y plentyn i ddweud "mwy o swigod" cyn ymateb.
    ----------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- ------------
Beth i'w wneud - "wedi mynd"
    • Casglwch focs neu fag ynghyd a rhai gwrthrychau/teganau bob dydd.
    • Anogwch y plentyn i bostio'r gwrthrychau yn y bocs/bag.
    • Wrth i bob un gael ei bostio, rydych chi'n dweud "wedi mynd".
    • Oedwch yn awr ar ôl i bob gwrthrych gael ei bostio, gan aros i weld a fydd y plentyn yn copïo.
    • Pan fydd y plentyn yn defnyddio ‘wedi mynd’ yn gyson, dechreuwch ymuno â "gwrthrych + wedi mynd" fel y
plentyn yn postio'r gwrthrychau neu'n eu rhoi yn y bag (e.e. "allweddi wedi mynd", "brwsh wedi mynd").

    What to do – ‘more’
    • Choose high-interest items for this activity!
    • Break a biscuit, apple, banana, piece of toast into small bite-size pieces and pass the child a small piece to eat.
    • When he/she reaches or vocalises for ‘more’, say ‘more biscuit’ and pass over another piece.
    • As this becomes consistent, encourage the child to ask for ‘more’. Pause as he/she is reaching to give a chance for the word to be used.
    • Remember – it doesn’t matter if the word isn’t perfect!
    • When the child is using ‘more’, encourage joining the ‘more’ with the item (e.g. ‘more apple’).
    • Blow bubbles: encourage the child to say ‘more bubbles’ before you respond.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    What to do – ‘gone’
    • Gather together a box or bag and some everyday objects/toys.
    • Encourage the child to post the objects into the box/bag.
    • As each one is posted, you say ‘gone’.
    • Now pause after each object has been posted, waiting to see if the child will copy.
    • When the child is consistently using ‘gone’, begin to join ‘object + gone’ as the child posts the objects or puts them away in the bag (e.g. ‘keys gone’, ‘brush gone’).
